About the Role
We're looking for a forward-thinking, highly organised Sales Administrator to join a growing team in Belfast. This role is essential in supporting the wider sales function and ensuring customers receive a professional, seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.
You'll work closely with the sales team, coordinating orders, managing communications, preparing documentation, and keeping everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and product information packs.
Assist the sales team with organisational tasks and pipeline updates.
Schedule product demonstrations and customer calls.
Order Processing & Coordination
Process sales orders accurately and maintain detailed records.
Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
Track order progress, update internal systems, and communicate timelines.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Provide clear, proactive customer updates.
Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Record and escalate feedback or technical queries as needed.
Sales Team Organisation
Maintain CRM data and ensure accuracy.
Prepare sales reports and internal meeting updates.
Support marketing and sales activity, including campaigns and events.
General Administration
Assist with invoicing, documentation, and after-sales support.
Contribute to process improvements.
Bring proactive ideas to support team efficiency and customer experience.
About You
Essential
2+ Years experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using CRM systems and MS Office.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Desirable
Experience in technology, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
Familiarity with sales processes or order management.
An interest in innovative technology or digital solutions.
