You will have responsibilities for the following -
Taking incoming calls and emails to the company from customers and suppliers.
Dealing with Post, Couriers, Etc.
Responsible for processing company invoices accurately and maintaining organised, efficient filing systems
Assisting in daily office needs associated with a sales office environment
Communicating effectively between Customers and Managers.
Communicate effectively with internal teams e.g. Warehouse, Accounts etc.
Dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient professional manner.
Supporting sales and marketing campaigns.
Handling customer sample requests.
Entering sales, quotations and purchase orders into our sage system.
Updating General manager daily.
Ideal candidate must possess the following -
Professional, pleasant telephone manner.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate. Knowledge of Sage accounts system is desirable but not essential.
Skills to work effectively, independently and within a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word.
Flexibility.
Willingness to multi-task.
An eye for detail.

39 hours per week Mon to Thurs 8am - 5.00pm,Fri 8am - 4pm
Holidays: 20 days per calendar year plus Bank Holidays.
