We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator & Bookkeeping Assistant
to support our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied position, balancing sales admin tasks with day-to-day bookkeeping duties.
Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Prepare and process sales documentation and customer files
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Coordinate vehicle handovers and assist with logistics
Liaise with customers and suppliers professionally
Order parts and manage vehicle registrations
Bookkeeping & Accounts
Input and reconcile invoices, receipts, and transactions
Assist with monthly reports and financial documentation
Support payroll and VAT submissions
Maintain well-organised financial records
Communicate with external accountants when necessary
Requirements
Experience in administration and/or bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience using , Sage, or QuickBooks
AAT qualification or currently studying
Previous experience in the motorhome, automotive, or dealership industry
