The Role:

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our expanding, fast-paced team. In this role, you will manage sales administration and support on a global scale, covering multiple regions, including the UK, EU, Canada, and the United States. As a key contributor to our operations, you will handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a vital role in enhancing team effectiveness and delivering exceptional support.

Key responsibilities:

Manage all types of correspondence by responding or forwarding within the KPI's set.

Provide support to our customers and sales representatives/agents via phone calls and email.

Set-up new stockists

Accurately input orders

Order Release and Oversee Ecommerce Log

Oversee Sales Inbox

Check samples orders for invoicing

Maintain Sales Reports and commissions

Maintain Price Lists and uploads on sales ordering platform

Update barcode lists

Maintain customer stock sheets on a monthly basis.

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team

Essential skills and experience:

Have a positive attitude and a personable phone manner.

Excellent administrative, organisation and communication skills.

Be a competent user of Microsoft office software and CRM systems.

Must have good Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables competent) - a test may be given

Must have previous experience in administration and customer service.

Be able to multitask and remain calm when working under pressure.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work well within a team and work independently.
