The Position / Role



Overview:



The Sales Administrator will work closely with the sales team to support their activities. Primarily day to day functions will revolve around reviewing and processing customer orders onto our ERP system, keeping customer accounts and contact up to date and helping customers with any order issue or documentation requests

Co-ordinate with the production teams to determine the despatch date for orders. Reviewing the orders for contractual terms and obligations. Check the technical information on the order is correct. Raise amendments to the order as required by the customer. Undertake any other projects or activities as and when requested to do so. Respond to customer requests for information or documentation to Seetru products and orders Maintain customer accounts and contact information

Skills and Attributes



Experience of working in a customer services environment is preferable Familiarity with CRM systems Familiarity with Microsoft office Enjoy market research and be prepared to learn about employer's products and global markets. Strong organisational skills. Effective time-management (the ability to recognise and prioritise important tasks). Very high standards and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication.
