Sales administrator required for a a growing Granite and Quartz worktop showroom and factory based in Bury. Experience in sales within the building industry is an advantage but training will be given. A good sense of punctuality and attention to detail is essential. Monday to friday 8-5pm with every other saturday after training 9-. Also some Bank holiday work (shared) . Any work over 40 hours is paid at time and a half.
Use of basic computer systems is required alongside a good telephone manner.
Day to day tasks can include:
Dealing with customer queries from the website
Speaking to customers, branches and workforce on the telephone
Posting & monitoring Social Media (Facebook/Instagram)
Collating information for customer queries/estimates
Pricing and liaising with customers and providing honest and accurate delivery information.
Speaking on the telephone
Taking Payments
Sending samples to customers
General office duties and support for the sales team
Full training will be given to the successful applicant. The position is full time and complies with all rules with regards to current rates of pay and holiday provisions.
