We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales department through efficient administration, maintaining customer relationships, and being a team player. As our Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers and a vital link between all parties during the sales process. An excellent telephone manner is essential as is a will to go "above and beyond" for our clients.
Duties
Manage and update customer information and property details using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Answering the telephone and booking viewing requests and market appraisals
Processing ID requirements for compliance purposes
Managing our Sale Board requirements
Invoicing
Managing the sales pipeline and processing property transactions
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and clients
Providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication
Keeping accurate records and handling administrative tasks with precision
Troubleshooting delays and proactively resolving issues
What we are looking for:
