Sales Administrator



14.00 per hour. With the opportunity for progression as our company continues to grow

Hours of work 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

The successful candidate will be working for one of the largest window cleaning companies in the south of England with over 11,500 customers

You will be confident when answering the phone and have a customer focused attitude.

You will be responsible for calling businesses & Domestic Customers to arrange leads for our sales team.

Your duties will include but not be restricted to,

Answering customer emails and providing quotes

Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries - providing the best customer service at all times

You will be working closely with our Office Manager & Sales Supervisor but will be capable and have the initiative to work unsupervised.

Good timekeeping is essential as is your willingness to be prepared for any office tasks asked of you to help the smooth running of the business.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure a experience.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.

Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets while balancing multiple customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.

Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance customer interactions.

Utilise IT systems for tracking sales activities and managing customer information effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanour.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Familiarity with IT systems related to sales processes is advantageous but not essential.
