We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to deal with property sales administration within a small, close knit team. The right candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, strong organisational skills and a decent grasp of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn to use property specific software. Day-to-day tasks will involve booking viewings, providing vendor feedback, production of sales contracts and carrying out client due diligence checks. There is scope to expand the role in due course to involve sales negotiation where full training will be provided. The role is predominantly office based but there may be the need to undertake the occasional viewing. The role is full time, Monday to Friday 9-5 with Saturday mornings on rotation.
