We are seeking an experienced and highly organised
Sales Administrator
to support our growing Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of four Sales Representatives and the Sales Lead. This is a key role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team and Head of Sales.
Assist with the preparation, coordination, and completion of tender documents and proposals.
Manage the organisation of team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate and well-structured digital files, folders, and documentation.
Support customer engagement via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses.
Oversee the administration and upkeep of our CRM platform (
HubSpot
) including data management, reporting, and user support.
Produce sales reports, trackers, and documentation using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the Sales function.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum of
3 years' administration experience
within a sales or commercial environment.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and advanced skills across the full Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work.
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers at all levels.
Experience using CRM systems;
HubSpot experience is highly advantageous
.
Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and a team-oriented mindset.
