We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Created and processed Customer Quotes, Transport Quotes, Sales Orders, Acknowledgements, and Works Orders
Applied knowledge of production processes to deliver accurate and confirmed customer orders
Coordinated order changes and updates with Customer Service, Transport, Operations, and Management teams
Provided cross-functional support within Internal Sales and Transport departments
Operated ERP systems (Epicor) to manage order and customer data
Maintained accurate and compliant documentation for audit purposes
Served as a key communication link between Sales and internal departments
Monitored orders and evaluated sales processes to identify improvement opportunities
Generated and maintained Sales Order reports for operational insight
Supported and developed distributor networks to ensure service excellence
Assisted partners with complex product applications, focusing on profitable outcomes
Met performance KPIs and contributed to achieving annual sales targets
Build and maintained strong relationships with internal teams and international distributors
Education & Experience
Degree in Sales & Marketing or 2+ years of relevant experience
Commercial background with experience in complex sales cycles (wet processing equipment)
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and collaborative team player
Willing to travel extensively globally
Able to read technical drawings and flowcharts
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments
