CMS Cepcor is the leading aftermarket manufacturer and supplier of crusher spare parts, mining grade crusher liners and crusher service to mining, aggregate productions and associated crushing industries globally. A heavily export business supplying to over 120 countries.

CMS Cepcor are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Administrator, seeking a rewarding opportunity in a busy and lively team, who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Overview of the Role:



As part of the Sales team, provide administrative support to for the US region. The role will include working with inter companies and internal departments to process customer orders and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for the Sales email inbox, responding to emails in a timely manner.

Use of Datafile ERP system to produce customer quotations in response to enquiries received.

Process purchase orders to ensure goods are delivered to the client on time.

Sourcing of parts not allocated from stock.

Organising international client orders to be shipped.

Track client orders and deliveries in order to keep the client up to date on the progress of their order.

Use of WMS system to coordinate shipment preparation and produce documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers.

Delivery date management to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels.

Export & Import document processing.

Key Competencies, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



Qualifications and Experience



Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes and applications- essential

Previous administration experience- essential

Previous Logistics- desirable
