: 37 Hours per week (Mon-Thur 9.00am-5.00pm, Fri 9.00am-4.30pm)

Works with:

Sales Account Managers, Quotes & Renewals Team, Contracts Team, Managing Director, Accounts Dept. Admin Team Leader.

The Company



Newcorp is a privately owned IT maintenance company, providing break-fix support contracts to customers of all sizes. Emphasis is always on providing the best possible service - this includes service from our engineering department when dealing with service calls, but particularly from the sales team, providing fast and accurate quotations when reacting to customer enquiries.

The Role



To support the busy sales and administration teams with all aspects of sales activity. Primarily, you will be working closely with the sales quotes and contract renewals team, providing quotes and contracts to customers that have a high expectation of a fast turnaround. Responding to high volumes of emails from both internal colleagues and customers.

What You'll Do



Raise and send new business contracts to customers Provide administrative support to the new business and renewal teams Provide administrative support to the sales team Provide administrative support to the sales team Create sales and contract renewal quotations Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations Raise invoice requests Raise purchase orders to suppliers Monthly reports

Skills and Experience Needed



Experienced in using Microsoft Excel (

essential

) and Microsoft Outlook Attention to detail Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure Good organisational skills Self-driven with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision Good administration skills Ability to be self-disciplined in order to work from home Good communication skills - with customers, suppliers and sales team Team player and a 'can do' attitude
