An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our residential surveying practice based in Derby.
This role is heavily customer-focused and involves handling new enquiries, actively promoting our services, providing accurate quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed instructions. You will also be responsible for assessing the suitability of our products for individual properties, ensuring the correct service is recommended based on the property type and customer needs. Managing customer interactions from initial contact through to booking, alongside general administrative duties, will be a key part of the role.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a sales environment, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A high level of competence in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Previous office-based experience is required, and experience within the property sector would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
The role is office based at our Head Office on Stores Road in Derby where we have a free car park and easy transport links.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
