The Motorcycle Parts Sales Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of motorcycle parts and accessories. This role involves assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their motorcycles, whilst managing the vital administration tasks required for the smooth running of the team. Ultimately ensuring that sales are maximized, and customer satisfaction is maintained in a fast-paced, motorcycle-centred environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service experience, with a passion for motorcycles and a solid understanding of the industry.
Role Responsibilities
Manage messages, returns, and customer feedback from storefronts
Maintain daily upload requirements to online storefronts
Provide reporting to the Sales Manager as needed
Offer weekend message support (up to 2 hours) as part of the team rota
Build customer relationships to drive sales and improve brand awareness
Maintain eBay performance ratings
Represent the brand with excellent customer service, bike knowledge, and attention to detail
Improve listing accuracy and quality based on customer feedback
Identify opportunities to enhance listing quality to drive sales and reduce returns
Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations (refund/return tracking, automated offers, internal part sales/transfers, feedback responses)
