Sales Administrator
to support our sales team and help us deliver a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
Process customer orders and manage sales documentation
Prepare and send quotes, follow up with clients, and support the sales team
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Answer incoming calls and respond to sales-related enquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist with general office tasks and admin support as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident, professional phone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales support or admin is preferred
