As the centre of the Sales Team, you will be liaising daily with all the Salesmen, the accounts team, and all aspects of the Service Department including engineers. The purpose of this role will be to administrate all Sales documentation received from the busy Sales Team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? To receive and process all Sales Deals
? To process and order any equipment required to fulfill the orders
? To prepare and Invoice Customers
? Monitor truck payments both coming in and going out
? Communicate with the Sales Team regarding Lead times, delivery dates and payments outstanding and received
? Communicate with the Transport Department
? Communicate with the Workshop
? Housekeeping of all relevant Excel spreadsheets
? Best Quote/ follow up of cold leads
? Raise Fleet ID's for new Forklift Trucks
As part of our ever-growing business, we are looking for someone who can grow with us, as well as helping and encouraging us to grow further.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:30 with 30 mins for lunch
Holiday allowance will be 25 days per annum plus bank holidays - this increases 1 day per year for every five years completed service
