What you'll be doing:
As a
Sales Administrator
at City West Country Ltd, youll play a vital role in supporting both the Sales Support and Sales Teams across multiple vehicle brands and sales channels. Youll be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with franchise and business standards helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Sales Support Teams, ensuring all processes are followed in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and update digital vehicle files post-delivery, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurately stored.
Ensure CRM records (Autoline/Kerridge) are consistently accurate and compliant with data accuracy and GDPR guidelines.
Support FCA compliance by adhering to all current regulatory processes.
Manage and maximise Vehicle App assignments to help meet and exceed manufacturer targets.
Accurately complete vehicle records in bQuotes, including all relevant payout data
Handle incoming calls professionally, directing customers promptly to the appropriate team member.
Assist with vehicle invoicing and taxation processes, particularly during registration periods
What we are looking for:
Previous administrative experience (Essential)
IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients
High attention to detail and accuracy
