Job Description

A Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing essential administrative assistance. This role is vital for ensuring smooth sales operations and maximizing sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:



Order Processing & Management:

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is captured and entered into the system. Chase all outstanding documentation by telephone and or email to ensure sales completion.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Answer customer inquiries via phone and email when necessary Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Sales & CRM Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer data and orders

Administrative Support:

Support the accounts team and manage any outstanding payments or changes to payment schedules. Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts and agreements. Assist with sales events.

Other duties as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant software.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
