What You'll Get:
Competitive base salary (23,000-25,000 depending on experience)
Uncapped commission on plan sales (realistic OTE 28,000-32,000+)

What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally, providing excellent customer service
Book in jobs for boiler repairs, servicing, and home cover work
Manage and fill the engineers' diaries to ensure full utilisation
Proactively follow up with customers to rebook or upsell service plans
Explain the benefits of Boiler Sure Service Plans and close signups (commissionable)
Work with the office team to make sure jobs are completed smoothly and customers are kept informed
Take initiative to "do whatever it takes" to keep customers happy and the schedule busy
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Previous customer service or admin experience (sales experience is a bonus)
Positive, resilient attitude and a genuine desire to help people
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Someone who enjoys earning commission and being part of a winning team
