Summary



We are looking for a Sales Administrator whose role is vital in supporting our office team and ensuring smooth operational processes. Based in Grantham, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable company dedicated to excellence in asset finance.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain customer and client data using CRM software. General office administration. Editing the internal intranet and the website Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, and internal teams. Assist in processing asset finance applications efficiently. Compile information and manage the onboarding process for new ARs. Maintaining up to date lender information and contact details. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What do our candidates need?



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Good telephone manner. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated time management abilities. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday: 8.30am - 3.30pm (36.5 Hours per week)

Work Location

: Office Based, Grantham. Postcode NG31 6BH.

Education

: to GCSE level, but we also understand that qualifications aren't the be all and end all, we are looking for a person who is passionate to create their own success with the right personality.
