Summary



We're a friendly, people-first Managed Service Provider looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team. What You'll Do



In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, supporting the business in areas including:

Contract administration

- preparing, updating, and maintaining customer and supplier agreements with accuracy and care.

Accounts support

- assisting with invoicing and liaising with our finance partners.

Service coordination

- organising and tracking tasks, ensuring our technical team has what they need to deliver great service.

Process improvement

- spotting opportunities to streamline how we work and suggesting smarter, more creative ways of doing things.

General administration

- maintaining records, answering incoming calls, supporting the leadership team, and helping keep the business organised and running efficiently.

What We're Looking For



You'll be successful in this role if you:

Have experience in

administration

, ideally within an

IT, technology, or MSP environment

Have handled

contracts and/or accounts administration

before Demonstrate

excellent attention to detail
