This role is office based and will be on a Monday to Friday basis. We are looking for someone with strong administrations skills who is used to working under pressure and will easily build relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
Main Duties:
Answering incoming calls promptly and efficiently, and relaying relevant messages to colleagues
Processing sales quotations, and customers' orders
Processing client returns and supplier returns and addressing any queries
Creating bespoke product codes and catalogues within the company back office system
Creating online profiles for clients and demonstrating platform to new users
Booking parcels onto companies preferred courier service for delivery
Obtaining POD's from suppliers, and updating clients with POD information
Assisting with the administration of company stock take
The ideal candidate will have:

Salary: between 24,000 - 26,000 per annum
