- Scotland's largest Buffalo Farm, Dairy, Butchery & Cafe - is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team.
You'll play a key part in supporting our sales operation, helping to manage customer orders, maintain supplier relationships and deliver excellent customer service and engagement with farm shops, restaurants and distributors across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
Process and track customer orders and enquiries
Maintain accurate customer and supplier records
Make promotional calls to trade partners to share product updates and offers
Liaise with suppliers and distributors to ensure smooth communication
About you:
Strong organisational and admin skills with good attention to detail
Friendly and confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook and order systems
