Wire Fittings as a part of Tube and Wire Processing Ltd designs and manufactures display stands for retail POS, greeting cards, gift wrap, and postcards. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, efficient service, and long-standing customer relationships.

We're looking for a motivated and organised

Sales Administrator

to join our friendly team in Launceston. This is a key role supporting our sales and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.

Role Overview



As Sales Administrator, you'll manage customer orders, process dispatches and invoices, and provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and website chat. You'll act as the main point of contact for sales enquiries and order updates.

Key Responsibilities



Order Processing:

Process incoming orders from email, website, and phone using

Sage 50cloud Accounts

. Record and track all orders on Excel for production scheduling.

Sales Support:

Communicate with customers regarding lead times, product information, and order status. Follow up on abandoned or incomplete online checkouts to maximise sales opportunities. Forward product and custom order enquiries to the relevant team members.

Dispatch Coordination:

Liaise with production to schedule dispatches. Book couriers online, print dispatch tickets, and update Sage and Excel records. Assist with courier collections and inbound deliveries.

Invoicing:

Raise and email invoices directly to customers via Sage. Handle customer queries relating to invoices and payments.

Customer Service & Logistics:

Provide customers with dispatch dates and courier tracking numbers. Resolve issues related to deliveries, damages, or delays by liaising with courier companies.

Skills & Experience



Experience using

Sage 50cloud Accounts

(preferred) Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Outlook, Word) Familiarity with

Shopify

(advantageous) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
