At Garolla, we're proud to be the UK's leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality, electric roller garage doors. As our business continues to grow nationwide, we're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Sales Admin Support to join our expanding Sales Operations team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Surveyors across the UK helping to ensure the smooth running of all sales processes.

The Role



In this varied and fast-paced position, you'll play a key part in supporting the sales function and delivering outstanding service to our customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales Operations and Regional Sales Managers. Coordinate and play a pivotal part in Leeds based onboarding for new Sales Surveyors. Accurately process, updates in our CRM, FLS and internal systems to ensure effective survey allocation. Own ongoing system input updates and amendments in relation to the sales surveyors. To create and maintain a department performance online shared process/system. Support the small, retained Franchise Network to ensure efficiencies are maintained. Assist in communication to the Sales Teams and Franchise Network.

Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once A confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal and external teams Proactive and reliable, with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills IT literate, confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Experienced in administration, coordination, or sales support
