Monday to Thursday 8:30 - 17:00 and Friday 8:30 - 16:00

Trest Limited is a relatively new company supplying waste collection vehicles, compactors and containers into the industry.

Sales Administrator

to support our busy sales and production teams.

About the Role:



As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between our customers, sales team, and production department. From handling enquiries and processing orders to keeping build schedules and documentation on track, your contribution will help ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the sales team with accurate order processing and customer communication. Raise and manage vehicle build orders and sales documentation. Coordinate with production planning to track build progress and delivery timelines. Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and job files. Liaise with customers regarding specifications, delivery dates, and general updates. Prepare sales reports, invoices, and registration documentation. Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork is completed and filed accurately. Monitoring relevant tender portals and administrating tender submissions. Liaising with suppliers for quotations.

Requirements:



Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role (automotive or manufacturing sector preferred). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with vehicle build tracking or CRM systems is an advantage.
