Are you a well organised, strong communicator with at least 2 years experience of working in office administration? Do you enjoy being at the centre of activity, someone others can rely on, and providing superb customer service?


Germinal, part of the Openfolde group, is seeking an energetic and organised Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to internal teams and customers alike. The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in calmly keeping things moving with multiple priorities.


This full-time role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and loves helping things run efficiently and accurately.

What youll do

:


As Sales Administrator you will be central to sales support. You will ensure customer orders flow smoothly from quote to dispatch, working closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and logistics. Your work will also underpin product communications, customer relationships and our reputation for quality.

What youll bring

:

At least 2 years experience in an office administration or similar role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional organisational and numerical skills with outstanding attention to detail. Clear, confident written and verbal communication. Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive, solution-focused mindset. Professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information. Confidence building positive working relationships across teams and with customers.

Desirable

:

Knowledge of the seed industry or agriculture. Experience in creating and analysing sales reports.
