The Role

We're looking for a Sales Administrator who is organised, confident, and eager to learn. Experience isn't everything--your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to grow matter most. This role is designed as a stepping stone to becoming a Sales Account Manager, with full training provided.

You'll support our sales team and learn how to use Microsoft Copilot AI to work smarter and deliver exceptional customer experiences. No prior AI experience is required--just a passion for learning and adapting in a fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Account Managers with Sales Order Processing and administrative tasks. Communicate confidently via Microsoft Teams and telephone with customers and partners. Assist with quotations, order tracking, and post-sales support. Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders. Learn and apply Microsoft Copilot AI tools to enhance productivity and customer engagement. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems. Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and professional skills.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Confidence in virtual meetings and phone conversations. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Passion for technology and interest in areas such as AI (experience not required - full training provided). Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
