Sales Administrator

to join our team.

This is a full-time role working

Tuesday to Saturday

, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves keeping operations running smoothly.

The Role

As our Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations, supporting sales, managing customer communications, and ensuring bikes move seamlessly through our buying and selling process.

You'll work closely with our mechanics, sales team, and couriers to keep everything running professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

Assist customers with sales enquiries Invoicing & receipt sending Manage email inbox and respond to enquiries Handle eBay communication with buyers Create the daily schedule for customer test rides

Bike Intake & Inventory

Pay customers for bikes after mechanic inspection Collect receipts and maintain accurate records Add bought bikes to CRM system Update inventory when bikes are sold Collect bikes from storage unit at the end of our road using shop van

Operations & Logistics

Coordinate courier collections and deliveries Organise internal collection logistics Submit Cycle to Work vouchers Manage website listings and updates Assist with social media management

Admin & Bookkeeping

Categorise QuickBooks transactions General bookkeeping support

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and detail-oriented A confident communicator (email, phone, and in-person) Able to multitask and manage time effectively Positive, proactive, and customer-focused Happy working independently and taking initiative
Bike knowledge is a bonus but not required!

We are ideally looking for someone to start the 2nd week of January. Although this start gate can be flexible if needs be. We are looking to interview for the role ASAP.
