Sales Administrator



Angels is the largest and most prestigious costume house in the world and is the gold standard of costuming in the entertainment industry.

The Show Management department oversees the full sales administration process from enquiries to deposit returns. We deliver excellent customer service to clients ranging from large film productions to personal party hires and we are the connecting point between all internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of both rental stock and manufactured costumes. We are a small tight-knit department who work very closely together as well as cross-functionally with departments company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing quotes, raising invoices and processing payments Keeping track of live orders and ensuring they are paid before collection Prioritising orders with tight deadlines and ensuring work is triaged based on urgency Checking the hires match invoicing paperwork Update shared spreadsheets and calendars with relevant information Follow up with hire customers throughout the return and deposit refund process Deliver outstanding customer service for both business and personal clients Work closely with all other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery. This role works very closely with our Production Leads, Directors, Costumiers, Shipping, Accounts and Dispatch/Returns teams As you develop with the role you will have the opportunity to work on ongoing productions and further assist Production Leads and Directors with preparing quotes for deal negotiations General office administration and filing Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills Required



Computer literacy. Moderate Excel experience or a keenness to expand on basic skills is essential. Numerical literacy and comfort with numbers Critical thinking Multitasking and able to prioritise Professional and diplomatic communication via email, phone and in person A sense of ownership of your work Ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency when required. Team-player Good personality and sense of humour

Non-Essential Skills that may be advantageous:



Experience using invoicing systems and/or CRM tools An interest in costume, film and/or other performing arts industries Some customer service experience Basic accounts knowledge
Role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
