From their beginnings as a local butcher shop to a modern EC-approved operation, they are known for their dedication to quality, service, and reliability. As they continue to grow, they are now looking for a proactive and organised Sales and Finance Administrator to join their team in Wembley.

The Role


This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, from processing orders through to invoicing and customer support. You'll be the main point of contact between the sales team, logistics, and customers--helping to manage orders efficiently and deliver excellent service. Alongside this, you'll provide light financial admin support to the accounts team, including data entry and reconciliations.

It's an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and takes pride in being organised and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:



Process customer orders from start to finish, including entry, confirmation, and dispatch coordination Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and account queries Communicate effectively with the sales team, warehouse, and drivers to ensure timely fulfilment Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order history Generate accurate sales invoices and credit notes using Sage 50 Produce weekly sales reports and summaries using Excel Support the finance team with account reconciliation, ledger updates, and basic financial data entry Carry out general administrative tasks to support overall operations

What You'll Need:



Proven experience in a sales order processing or sales admin role - essential*
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident Excel skills for reporting and analysis Good understanding of basic finance admin processes Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks UK driving licence - desirable but not essential*
