As a

Sales Administrator

, you'll play a vital role in supporting our fuel sales team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You'll manage customer orders from start to finish - maintaining accurate records, coordinating deliveries, updating systems, and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything moving efficiently.

We're looking for someone organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong administrative and communication skills. You'll enjoy working at pace, solving problems, and keeping things on track in a fast-moving commercial environment. Previous experience in sales or logistics would be advantageous but isn't essential - what matters most is your accuracy, reliability and willingness to learn.

You'll join a supportive, hands-on team where full training is provided, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and growing part of the business.

Key Responsibilities





Providing real-time fuel quotations to customers via phone, email, or through our online platform. Processing orders on our pricing platform and terminal systems, and sending out order confirmations promptly. Ensuring daily sales volumes are hedged and documented accurately. Completing daily compliance checks to ensure full sales volume is lifted. Keeping in regular contact with customers to understand regional demands and market trends. Monitoring sales volumes against weekly and monthly forecasts. Calling new and existing customers to increase volume within set parameters. Managing customer credit limits to align with sales. Handling and resolving internal and external queries efficiently. Compiling KPI data for internal and external reporting. Collaborating with internal teams, including Commercial Accounts, Traders, Operators, Customer Care, Invoicing, and Credit Control.
General:Provide support to the wider Commercial department. Any other reasonable tasks as requested. Role model the Greenergy values

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Previous experience in a customer-facing administration role. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Flexible, with the ability to work under pressure to meet business demands. Curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. A team player who can also work independently and show personal initiative. Confident and experienced in call handling. Experience in the fuel industry is a bonus but not essential.
