Sales Administrator - Maternity Cover



Okopod sells, designs, manufactures and installs garden rooms nationwide.

We have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator from February 2026. This is a Maternity Cover position and may be available for up to 12 months.

The position will be based in our Boxworth facility but there may be the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.

Key Responsibilities



Manage all incoming enquiries ensuring all are dealt with promptly

Send brochures, estimates and other information as required

Set up calls for potential customers with sales team

Maintain and monitor customer relationship management (CRM) system

Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications



Working knowledge of MS Office in particular Outlook, Word and Excel

Methodical and organised

Outgoing and people orientated

Respectful and competent when Customer facing and comfortable calling new and existing customers

This is a full-time role with flexible hours (minimum 30 hours a week)
