Sales Administrator

to join our growing team, where there is scope for you to grow with the company and build a career path that best enhances your skills.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the team, therefore you must possess the ability to prioritise a busy schedule and meet project deadlines.

Previous experience is not essential as we will provide full training, however we are looking for an organised and driven individual with strong communication skills. You must also be IT proficient as the role requires regular use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Handling of incoming telephone calls Welcoming and looking after visitors Appointment bookings Monitoring and distribution of incoming emails and enquiries General upkeep of the office and maintaining office supplies Exposure to tasks in customer service, fleet, and operations Any other administrative / ad-hoc tasks that may arise

Driving licence required due to location (candidates working towards obtaining their licence will be considered if they have guaranteed travel to and from office location).
