Max4Therm (UK) LTD are a small friendly independent company offering the design and supply of underfloor heating materials to both trade and retail customers, primarily through one of our online sales channels.
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Administrator to support the company's existing sales team. We require a conscientious, hardworking, and proactive individual who has the initiative to work both on their own and within a small team. Being comfortable and confident on the telephone is also an essential part of the role. All necessary training on our products and processes will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure they are able to perform to their full potential. Essential Functions:
This is a varied role, with the successful candidate being required to perform a range of tasks on a daily basis.
These tasks include (but are not limited to) :
Contacting potential customers with a view to increasing future sales
Responding to customer queries either by email or telephone.
Providing designs and quotations in response to customers' requests.
Picking and processing of daily orders using our order management system.
Using online portals to schedule customer deliveries and collections with our courier partners.
Monitoring stock levels and consumption to ensure products are replenished in time to meet customer demand.
The successful candidate will be required to provide the highest level of customer service in order to maintain our existing reputation within the marketplace, as well as build effective internal and external relationships with both staff and customers. The ideal candidate would also require a reasonable level of fitness, as some heavy lifting may at times be required.
Requirements:
Previous Sales/Customer Service experience preferred
A positive 'can-do' attitude and excellent written & verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Problem-solving abilities
Ability to work alone and use own initiative
Computer proficient and must be conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
