Here at Mercia Garden Products Ltd we are seeking an organised Sales Administrator to join the team to help manage queries, analyse data, and maintain our client accounts. The responsibilities of the Sales Administrator will include supporting the Sales Manager liaising with retailers to ensure we offer the best service possible.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Manager and sales team
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain and process accurate records and documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and account status in line with company processes
Managing pricing updates, products and stock reporting
Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team
Requirements
Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong customer service skills
A proactive attitude and mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:00pm - 38.75 hours per week
