Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Administrator to join our well-established Sales and Logistics Team.

Responsibilities:

Handling telephone/email queries from clients and suppliers Processing orders efficiently - following up by obtaining POs and uploading it to relevant sales tickets. Booking stock in and managing any shipping process. Raising quotes for customers renewals, monitoring renewals that are approaching their end dates, liaising with customers and account managers to ensure renewals orders are submitting prior to end date. Raising customer invoices Responding to queries from Finance team regarding supplier statements Logging customer queries on our CRM platform, ensuring all details are captured correctly Continual review of processes and procedures with regards to customer ordering and invoicing Preparation of sales contracts and agreements Adding licences to supplier portals in support of helpdesk Raising helpdesk tickets on behalf of customers Liaising with other teams to support project queries General administration Providing reports for Account Managers Documenting procurement processes Ad hoc duties such as filling in for the logistics team to cover sickness and holidays.
Experience:

Administration experience, ideally within Sales/Logistics/Account Management function would be advantageous MSP experience would be beneficial bot not essential Experience of sales processing would be advantageous Experience of managing customer renewals would be advantageous Knowledge of Microsoft applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team
