We are a leading UK door supplier specialising in doors, flooring, ironmongery, and other home improvement accessories. About the Role:



Due to the rapid growth of our company and our wider group, we are seeking ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team and help drive our new business sales activity. We offer a clear progression structure within the business, and we are committed to helping our team members thrive.

We are looking for candidates who are eager to enhance their skill sets - from communication and teamwork to becoming key members of our Sales teams. We are particularly interested in applications from individuals who excel in a team environment and are excited about the opportunity to grow in a sales and marketing role within our company.

Your Role:

Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks, ensuring that no two days are the same. These will range from selling products over the phone and in person to assisting with warehouse deliveries, arranging shipments, and much more. The diversity of tasks guarantees a dynamic workday where you'll never be bored.

Salary:

Your starting salary will depend on your experience and knowledge in the industry.

Main Benefits:



Monthly sales bonus (200 for 1st place and 50 for second place) Team bonus: Wheel Spin if we hit monthly sales target, which has a variety of different bonuses from team days out to cash bonuses. Player of the year award (team votes) 3rd place is 250 - 2nd place is 500 and 1st place is 1500 and 1 week extra holiday.
