Manage staff/Drivers schedule of work. Allocate and assign tasks and delegate responsibilities. Set deadlines for completion of tasks/jobs. To ensure smooth flow of work and productivity. To deal with any staff issues and conflicts. Coordinating sales activities including managing, monitoring and reporting any issues/ customer enquiries. Handling budgets, processing invoices, and managing expenses. Ensuring that all KPIs are kept updated, monitored and checked daily. To assist in new staff recruitment and training to establish a productive environment. Organise meetings and resolve operational issues. Manage/monitor in house client data management systems. Deal with client/customer's inquiries. Keep and update records including accounts, sales, and finances. Deal with office matters, insurance, stationary, IT software and hardware matters. Other ad hoc tasks as reasonably required.
