Duties

Maintain an organised filing system for all sales documentation, ensuring easy access to information as needed.
Utilise Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary administrative assistance during campaigns or promotions.

The Role
Being first point of contact for all customer queries.
Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Raising quotations and processing orders via our in-house system.
Scanning, filing, and emailing POD's.
Dealing with courier enquires, tracking deliveries and arranging returns.
Offering support to management when required.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. To be able to prioritise workload
Tech Savvy: The ability to use a PC as part of your duties
. The ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Minimum of one year of experience in administration and customer service.
