Job Description

Ideally to have a background in events or exhibitions To manage and build relationships with new and existing clients To liaise with other departments internally to ensure smooth working relationships and communication. To provide quotes / information and availability on computer system in order to provide clients with up to date information Looking for a quick learner with attention to detail essential Phoning clients to collate feedback To take payments using Sage pay To manage orders through from start to finish To have a can-do attitude to all tasks To provide telephone cover for colleagues Calling prospective clients to determine their up and coming furniture hire needs To be articulate in all aspects of their work To ensure any customer complaints received are dealt with swiftly and efficiently to the customers satisfaction and with minimum cost to the business Processing of sales orders via our bespoke hire system Compiling marketing information as requested Inter hiring of equipment as required from other suppliers Checking website for missing information and adding relevant data To adhere to all health and safety rules. To adhere to any other reasonable requests by management.
