We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Internal sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to handle various responsibilities. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers and a passion to play a key role in boosting sales.

Answering all in-bound calls promptly aiming for 80% to be answered in less than 5 seconds. Process Orders & Quotations Live on the phone. Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system, making sure they are delivered in a timely manner. Maximise sales opportunities from all enquiries to generate orders. Ensure all enquires are responded to promptly and efficiently. Undertake prospecting tasks, no cold calling - contacting existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts & Transport. Provide excellent customer service at the Trade Counter.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Internal sales or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication. Good organizational skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. Self-motivated and results-driven approach. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
