To handle customer enquiries, pricing and the estimating of jobs (including site visits where required) and the provision of estimates to customers.
To assist in identifying new business opportunities and executing a contact strategy to ensure new customers are aware of the PACK & SEND brand and services.
To liaise with customers to ensure that they are kept informed of the progress of their job and provide high levels of customer service at all times.
To assist in organising and planning the day-to-day workflow of the service centre operations including the collections, packing and consigning of jobs ensuring all work is carried out on time and to the required standard.
To liaise with other members of the team to ensure that once the sale has been completed collection, packing and consigning of jobs is completed in a timely manner as agreed with the customer.
To assist within the service centre with the packing and consigning of shipments.
To assist in continued operation of the service centre in the absence of the service centre manager.
