About the Role
Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting a Sales Administrator to assist our busy Sales team. This is a pivotal role within the company, acting as a key contact for both B2C and B2B customers. You will work closely with our Global Sales Director and the Head Office team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping drive our international success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process customer orders efficiently
Provide support to B2C and B2B clients across multiple channels
Assist the Global Sales Director with sales reporting and admin tasks
Assist at trade shows and events both in the UK and abroad
Essential Skills
Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Personable manner and hands-on approach
Professional communication with B2C and B2B clients
Experience processing orders and supporting sales teams
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Proactive problem-solving and initiative
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
Experience in international sales
An interest in cars or the motor industry
Marketing, social media & design experience
Working knowledge of Shopify and experience managing online orders
Adaptability to new systems such as ERP, CRM, or inventory management software
Event or trade show coordination experience
