Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Administrator with an outgoing personality and good communication skills. As a member of our team you will be conversing with motor dealers, customers and finance companies. We will provide training in our specialist area of motor finance in order that you can deliver a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service to all parties. This is a full-time position based at our office in Peebles.

Duties:

Process finance applications from our dealer network

Verify, and if necessary, obtaining additional information before submitting applications to our lenders

Liaise with customers and dealers with regards to finance company decisions

Arrange relevant finance documentation for successful applicants

Maintain and update customer databases and relevant records

Respond to customer enquiries and provide an excellent customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,000.00-26,000.00 per year
