Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all orders, meeting compliance standards.
Managing client deliveries and after sales care.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Effectively communicate with sales team on the progress of clients orders
Liaise with suppliers to ensure relevant documentation is completed to meet dealer standards
Completion of all pre-delivery related administration ensuring vehicles are taxed, invoiced and paid before delivery
Completion of compliance documentation in support of sales team
