About the role
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to play a key role in managing customer orders from placement through to dispatch. This is a busy, detail-driven role where you'll work closely with customers, production and stock teams to make sure orders are accurate, well-planned and delivered on time.

What you'll be doing
Processing customer orders by phone and email
Entering, checking and updating orders accurately on Orderwise
Reviewing orders against specifications and BOMs, raising any concerns or discrepancies
Acknowledging orders and keeping customers informed of any changes to dates or details
Scheduling orders for production in an efficient and realistic way, considering demand, stock availability and capacity
Liaising with production and stock teams to support smooth planning
Arranging dispatch of finished goods and notifying customers of delivery details
Preparing documentation for UK and international shipments
Obtaining carrier quotes and booking collections where required
Maintaining organised and up-to-date customer records
Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries
