We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
Lead & Opportunity Support
Researching and qualifying inbound leads against basic criteria
Maintaining and updating lead and contact records in the CRM
Assigning or routing leads to appropriate sales representatives
Monitoring shared inboxes for sales enquiries and responding to standard queries
Quoting & Order Processing
Assisting with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and order forms* Entering orders accurately into internal systems* Coordinating with operations, production, or logistics teams to confirm lead times* Tracking order status and communicating updates to customers*
Marketing & Engagement
Create and schedule social media content; respond to engagement.
Support LinkedIn activity and networking campaigns.
Assist with marketing projects, including trade show data research, sample send out and contact list building.
Quoting & Order Processing*
Assisting with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and order forms
Entering orders accurately into internal systems
Coordinating with operations, production, or logistics teams to confirm lead times
Tracking order status and communicating updates to customers
Sales Enablement
Supporting campaigns with outbound calling and email follow-ups
Collecting customer feedback and relaying insights to the sales team
Learning product offerings and common objections to support conversations
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident on the phone and comfortable communicating by email.
Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
Friendly, reliable and team-oriented, with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
Experience in customer facing, service and communication is desirable
