Job Description
ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions UK Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Scunthorpe site.
The company is a leading supplier of the complete range of long structural steel products.
Full office address is: South Park Road, South Park Ind. Estate, Bottesford Scunthorpe, DN17 2BY
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Promote Health & Safety in all activities carried out
Act as an excellent ambassador of the company in all customer and supplier relationships
Assist the sales executives in all areas of customer service / administration
Assist in managing customer demands and provide an excellent customer experience
Liaise with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Ensure customer profiles and parts databases are kept up to date
Ensure customer schedules are accurately maintained
Follow the requirements of quality standards as they apply to the role
Any other duties as required by the business
